A friend of mine sent this recipe, so I thought I would share it with everyone for the weekend.

Make your "infused/fortified" Vodka ahead:
14 oz. can Libby's pumpkin puree
1 3/4 cup Vodka
3/4 cup vanilla vodka
1/2 Skyy spiced vodka
1/2 cup cinnamon schnapps. (couldn't find cinnamon vodka, so had to substitute). Add Vanilla bean too. let this sit in the fridge for 2 days and strain it twice through a wet cheese cloth.
to serve:
3 oz "Vodka"
1 oz Amaretto
... enjoy
